What should be agreed about raw files and finished wedding photographs?

Agree raw-file delivery, finished-file formats and usage rights separately; one does not automatically include the others.

Ask what raw means for that supplier, whether specialist software is needed and which files are excluded. Record permission for printing, sharing, editing or commercial use and any additional charge. Do not assume possession of a file transfers copyright or that a general package includes every original capture. Applicable law and the actual agreement matter, so resolve important rights questions before booking.
