Discuss colour, filters, skin appearance, removal of objects and any changes to faces or bodies that are unwelcome. Confirm who selects images and how many revision rounds are included. Reference images should communicate a preference, not authorise every alteration shown online. Record the approval process and keep the couple's choices separate from a photographer's wish to use a highly edited result in marketing.
