How your membership payment works
Weddme provides an account-based online matrimonial platform, not a store selling physical goods. Payment gateways are used to collect Weddme platform membership fees only—not marriage commissions or payments between families.
1. Sign in and choose your membership
Create an account or sign in, complete the required onboarding steps, and select a membership and billing period. Your membership is linked to your Weddme account.
2. Review the amount and payment method
Review your selected plan, billing period, applicable discounts, and final amount before confirming. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where a method uses a payment gateway, follow its payment and authorization steps.
3. Payment confirmation and membership access
Paid membership access is activated after Weddme verifies successful payment. A pending, failed, or cancelled payment does not confirm a purchase. Check your account payment history or contact support if a payment needs investigation.
Before you pay
Payment options depend on provider availability and activation. A provider being integrated does not mean it is available for payment yet. Membership fees pay for the selected platform access; they do not guarantee a match or marriage. Read our Refund Policy and Terms of Service before purchasing.
