What should a wedding photography package specify about staff, hours and deliverables?

Specify the attending team, coverage hours, locations and exact deliverables, including formats, editing and delivery dates.

Clarify whether albums, video lengths, online galleries, revisions and extra hours are included, and record any travel or overtime charges. Discuss privacy and publication rights separately from production. A package name such as premium or cinematic is not a complete specification. The written agreement should let both sides identify what has actually been ordered and when it will be considered delivered.
