What should be checked before a photographer uses a drone at a wedding?

Answer

Direct answer

Check current aviation requirements, location restrictions, venue approval and the operator's competence before agreeing to drone filming.

Ask who verifies permissions for that particular date and site and how guests, vehicles and emergency routes will be protected. Include privacy and the ability to cancel unsafe filming without disrupting the event. A small drone or a supplier's previous wedding footage is not proof of permission. Do not copy another country's flight limits or assume every Pakistani venue can lawfully accommodate the same operation.
