What details should a wedding tailoring order record besides body measurements?

Direct answer
Record the agreed design, fabrics, finish, price, fittings and collection date as well as the measurements.
Attach an approved sketch or sample reference and identify what is included, such as lining, sleeves and alterations. Note who may approve changes and how extra work will be priced. Measurements establish size, not every detail of the finished outfit. A written order gives both sides a shared specification and is more useful than relying on several informal photographs and a verbal promise.
