Weddme’s trust report cannot prove that contact confirmation causes more matrimonial activity. The data shows a clear association: early-confirmed profiles were more likely to return and send user-authored messages in the first 30 days. But other explanations remain possible. More motivated members may complete confirmation earlier, product flow may encourage both confirmation and activity, and monthly signup cohorts differed sharply. The careful wording is association, not causation.
