How did education among ever-married women differ by province in PDHS 2017–18?

Direct answer
Among ever-married women aged 15–49 in PDHS 2017–18, the share reporting no education was 38.1% in Punjab, 54.7% in Sindh, 64.2% in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 83.7% in Balochistan; it was 25.0% in Islamabad Capital Territory. The denominator matters: these figures do not describe every woman in a province, and “no education” is only one part of the education distribution. They nevertheless show why a single national education profile can misrepresent regional matrimonial contexts.
