How can families check that wedding décor does not block accessible paths or exits?

Answer

Direct answer

Review the finished layout with venue staff and keep exits, accessible routes and circulation spaces clear after décor is installed.

Use the agreed plan to check that stages, floral stands, loose cables or extra chairs have not narrowed essential paths. Ask who has authority to remove an obstruction and inspect again if the layout changes. Do not rely on the empty-hall site visit. Decoration is not an exception to safety needs, and a family member's visual check does not replace competent assessment of capacity or evacuation routes.
