What should be agreed about private changing and feeding spaces at a wedding venue?

Direct answer
Confirm a suitable private space, its access and availability before telling guests they can change clothes or feed a child there.
Ask about seating, cleanliness, lighting and whether the room can be protected from uninvited entry or photography. Check who holds the key and whether another booking can displace its use. Explain the arrangement discreetly to people who need it. A storage cupboard or occupied bridal room should not be advertised as a dependable alternative without the users' agreement.
