How should delivery deadlines be written for wedding shopping orders?
Last reviewed:
Direct answer
State the required arrival date, not merely the dispatch date, and agree what happens if the seller cannot meet it.
Record production, fitting, shipping and collection milestones separately when the purchase depends on them. Include the delivery address and who will confirm readiness or receive the item. Leave time for inspection instead of planning around the wedding morning. A courier estimate is not necessarily the seller's delivery promise; clarify which deadline the seller is accepting before payment.
