How should hosts tell guests that wedding venue details have changed?

Direct answer

Send a clearly labelled update directly to invited guests and replace the old location wherever the hosts control it.

Include the confirmed address, map pin, time and contact, and ask key household contacts to acknowledge the change. Update suppliers and transport separately; changing one image in a group does not ensure everyone sees it. Avoid circulating the full guest list while following up. Keep one authoritative version available so an obsolete invitation cannot quietly remain the main source of directions.
