Does a profile manager make the final matrimonial decision?

The manager field records an account relationship, not decision authority. It cannot show who suggested joining, selected search criteria, reviewed a proposal, approved a conversation, typed a message, or consented to a marriage. A family-managed account may operate with active participation from the person represented, while a self-managed account may involve extensive relatives offline. Determining authority or consent would require voluntary qualitative evidence from the people involved, not inference from a profile label.
