How can a rishta profile describe a disability without publishing private medical records?

Answer

Direct answer

Describe the information the person chooses to share and practical needs relevant to a proposal, without publishing medical files.

Let the person approve wording and decide when a more private conversation is appropriate. A disability label does not explain every person's abilities, preferences or support needs. Share clinical records only for a clear purpose through a suitable confidential process if the person agrees. Profile completeness is not a reason to expose diagnoses or make relatives the automatic owners of another adult's health information.
