Ask what equipment and supplies the provider brings and which facilities the household must arrange. Agree who may be present and whether photographs or social-media posts are permitted. Keep personal details and access instructions limited to the booking team. A home visit should not mean improvising hygiene arrangements or treating the private room as an open space for relatives, vendors and cameras.
